Piras Motorsport GR Corolla PIII Airbox Intake Kit

A complete OEM+ intake system for the GR Corolla, developed over a year of testing across multiple cars. It replaces the factory intake path with a sealed, unobstructed cold-air route from the front of the car to the filter — more airflow and induction sound, without permanent modifications.

What it does

• Sealed cold-air intake path drawing from the front of the vehicle
• Added airflow, throttle response and torque — roughly +6 hp on a stock car, up to ~+20 hp on higher-output tunes
• 3D-printed MAF sensor housing that mirrors OEM geometry for stable, repeatable readings on stock or tuned ECUs
• Heat-resistant thermoformed ABS body runs cooler than carbon intakes, reducing heatsoak
• OEM+ engine-bay look, finished with a two-piece radiator cover shroud

• Two laser-cut brackets + mounting hardware

Install & fitment

Bolts to OEM mounting points with simple hand tools — typically under 30 minutes, with no bumper removal. Fits the Toyota GR Corolla (2023+). Runs the included PIII filter or an OEM panel filter.

Good to know

• Made in Turin, Italy by Piras Motorsport.
• Not recommended to run an OEM paper filter in heavy rain or very wet conditions.
• Check-engine light: no known issues on 2023–2024 cars; some 2025 cars may log a CEL tied to Toyota’s factory calibration/TSB (not the intake itself); 2026 is under evaluation.
